Return Policy

In-store Policy
New and unworn/unused items purchased at The Rogue Collective @ Al's Bar location are eligible for return, exchange and/or store credit. The Rogue Collective team must be notified within 7 days of purchase, all original tags must be attached and accompanied by a receipt.  Should you purchase a custom piece from us, all custom items are final sale and are not eligible for return under any circumstance.  This includes items that have been tailored specific to customer request.

Online Policy
New and unworn/unused items purchased online domestically are eligible for a full refund, exchange or store credit. The Rogue Collective team must be notified within 7 days of the delivery in order to receive a return authorization number and all original tags must be attached. All shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless, the item has been damaged before or during delivery.  We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package.  Should you have been offered free shipping with purchase, Rogue Collective will subtract initial shipping charge from your refund, before refund is issued.  Refunds will not be issued until item has been received, inspected and approved for resale.  Should you have purchased a custom piece of any kind, all custom items are final sale and not eligible for return under any circumstance.  This includes items that have been tailored specific to customer request.
